Montblanc Europe Terms of Service
I. Applicable Parties
These Montblanc Europe Terms of Service are formulated and enforced by Montblanc-Simplo GmbH (Registered Address: Hellgrundweg 100, 22525 Hamburg, Germany).
These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the Montblanc website and related mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform") within the European Union (EU)and the European Economic Area (EEA).
By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform immediately.

Creating an account is not mandatory for purchasing products through the Montblanc Europe online boutique.

IV. Orders and Payments
Customers placing orders through the Platform or our Customer Service Center are subject to the applicable Terms of Sale.
Consumers purchasing online within the European Union generally enjoy a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
This right does not apply to products excluded by applicable law, including customized or personalized products.
Payment will generally be charged once your order has been confirmed and prepared for shipment.

V. Warranty and After-Sales Service
International Warranty
Montblanc provides an international warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for two (2) years from the original purchase date, unless a longer mandatory warranty period applies under local law.
During the warranty period, defective products may be repaired or replaced at Montblanc's discretion.
Shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Repair Warranty
For completed repair services, Montblanc provides a **one-year repair warranty**, covering only the repaired components or replacement parts.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Nib Replacement
Eligible fountain pen nibs may be exchanged free of charge within six weeks of purchase (or one year for eligible limited editions), provided the nib remains in brand-new condition and is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and warranty documentation.

VI. Platform Content and Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:
* Product images;
* Product descriptions;
* Videos;
* Text;
* Graphics;
* Logos;
* Website design;
is protected by copyright, trademark, design rights, and other intellectual property laws.
You may download or print content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

VII. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Montblanc does not guarantee that:
